Busy day

It was Alex's nursery trip yesterday, and it was to Court Farm in Weston-super-mare. Only an hour to get there, well, and the driver getting lost twice. There was loads to do and despite a few showers, it was mostly good weather. The play equipment was definitely a hit, as was the trip on a trailer pulled by a tractor round the field. Bottle feeding time for the lambs was excellent, so there will be a picture coming of that from nursery; they let all the children have a 20 second turn at holding a bottle.

Unfortunately the picture I took of him talking to the cockerels is quite blurred, but he was quite interested in them, and bent down to them.

Then we had to go and visit another nursery, cos there is a threat of closure at Lilliput, and we have to consider all options. We all like it there, even though it's in a converted house, it didn't seem overcrowded.

And a first for me, I had my hair cut at home. Only £20 instead of £38, took 45 mins, no taking time off work, driving there or anything. Ok I had to wash it myself and hoover afterwards, but that doesn't take long.
