We went up to see Lucy and Peter (Roland's sister and nephew) today. Roland's parents go up regularly, and take Peter out for a Macdonalds, so we joined in. Peter was absolutely wonderful with Alex, talking to him, interacting, making him laugh. We had Peter in the car with us from the house to MacD's, and Alex was just giggling the whole time, it was wonderful to watch! Alex was very well behaved in MacD's; he ate his banana and raisins, spat out the chip, and wasn't fussed with the lettuce either.
It's rained a lot here today - frequent heavy downpours really.
Did another IKEA trip, bought all the shelving and 2 CD towers (which will mostly NOT have CDs on!)
