My sentence:

Taken from 'The new you Survival Kit' by Daisy Waugh (actually number one of a series of 3 novels. I read number 3 in the series last year, not knowing it was in a series...). I just finished reading it today, and then went to the library to get out no2 in the series, which had me in tears before very long, as there were some rather graphic descriptions of the slaughter of animals during the Foot & Mouth outbreak, and how hard it was the owners of much-loved animals, some of whom were pratically family pets , had to be killed.
