We went to the local Charity run farm today, to show Alex the animals. We had planned on going to Bristol Zoo, but reckoned that if it chucked it down then the animals would all hide, and hence a wasted journey.
His little eyes went so wide when he saw the pigs, and they were just your normal size pigs. Then there were 2 HUGE mega-pigs, and he wanted to go in and play with them. He liked the rabbits too, and quite liked the 2 white lambs and the 2 black lambs, although we were all getting rather wet by then, cos it did rain after all! We'll have to go back when it's drier.
